Testator: Thomas Strudwick (X) of Cranleigh, farmer SUMMARY Commissary Court of Surrey Date of Will: 17 November 1819 To my wife Ruth Strudwick all estate for life and then a fifth to my son Thomas, a fifth to my son James Strudwick, a fifth to my daughter Mary Mills wife of John Mills, a fifth to my daughter Sarah Hill wife of Robert Hill and a fifth between my grandchildren Charles Andrews and Thomas Andrews children of my late daughter Milly Strudwick, deceased, at the age of twenty one years; my son Robert Strudwick Executor Witnesses: Charles Child; Thomas Poulton; Thomas Child Deposition of Robert Strudwick of Loxwood, Sussex, wheelwright as to goods Proved: 8 June 1825 DW/PC/7/7 Q18; DW/PC/5/1825/3 (died last year; under four hundred and fifty pounds)
