Executor: Benjamin Blackmore, father in Law, wheelwright of Harting in Sussex,.and Richard Strudwick, brother of George

Legacies: I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Sarah all and singular my household goods plate linen woolen and china to and for her own use and benefit and all the rest residue and remainder stock in trade ready money securities for money debts estate and effects whatsoever wheresoever that I shall be possessed interested in or entitled unto at the time of my decease

I give and bequeath unto my Wifes Father Benjamin Blackmore of Harting in the Co. of Sussex Wheeleright and my Brother Richard Strudwick their executors& admons Upon trust to permit & suffer my Sd wife Sarah to carry on the Business I now follow & to receive the Interest dividends and Profits of my Sd personal estate & effects for and towards her support and Maintenance & for & towards the Education Maintenance and support of my Daughter Sarah to and for and during the natural life of my Sd Wife Sarah In case she shall so long remain my Wife (but not otherwise) and from and after the decease or second marriage of my said wife which shall first happen then upon trust that my said Trustees and the survivors and the executors & admons of such survivors shall pay and apply the dividend and interest and profits of the remainder of my said estate and effects for the benefit Maintenance and support of my said Daug. Sarah untill she shall have attained the age of 21 years and when she shall attain that age then to pay render and give the remainder of my sd estate and effects unto my said daughter Sarah to and for her own use and benefit but in case my sd wife shall continue my widow and unmarried then upon trust to pay send and give unto my sd daug. Sarah the sum of £100 when she shall attain the age of 21 years and in case the death of my sd daughter Sarah before she shall have attained the age of 21 years leaving lawful issue then upon trust for my said Trustees to pay render and give such resiue and remainder of my sd Estate and effects unto and between such issue but in case of the decease of my said Daug. without issue before the same shall become due and payable Then upon trust to pay and divide the same unto and between my said Brother Rd Strudwick and my sister Francis West, wife of Isaac West of Petersfield Taylor in equal parts and proportions share and share alike but in case of their decease, then amongst their legal representatives
