This is the last will and testament of me Maria Strudwick of No 4 Harleyford Street Kennington in the County of Surrey Spinster
I give and bequeath my leasehold messuage or tenement and premises wherein I now reside at No 4 Harleyford Street aforesaid and which I hold of the Duchy of Cornwall between a xxx xx lives for all my term and interest therein unto my cousin Edmund Peter Strudwick of No 11 New End Hampstead in the County of Middlesex Schoolmaster his executors administrators and assigns for his own absolute use and benefit
I give and bequeath unto my friend Mary Wooder wife of William Wooder of Great XXling near Xxxx in the County of Essex farmer the sum of twenty pounds for her seperate use
I give and bequeath unto my friend Sarah Spencer wife of Richard Spencer of No 7 Crithford? street Portland Street Walworth in the said County of Surrey Artist the sum of twenty pounds for her separate use
I give and bequeath unto my servant Jane Allum the sum of five pounds which said three pecuniary legacies I direct to be paid within three calendar months after my decease
I give and bequeath unto the said Sarah Spencer all my wearing apparrel
And as to all the rest and residue and remainder of my property whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate of which I may be possessed at the time of my decease subject to the payment thereof of all my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and legacies I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my said cousin Edmund Peter Strudwick his executors administrators and assigns for his and there absolute use and benefit
And I nominate and appoint the said Edmund Peter Strudwick sole Executor to this my will hereby revoking all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made
