This is the last will and testament of me Susannah Strudwicke of Worplesdon near Guildford in the County of Surrey widow
I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Bunce wife of the reverend John Bunce the bolster pillows blankets and mattress usually and personally occupied by me and also a smaller bed bolster and pillows in the servants room
I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Strudwicke all and singular the remainder of my household goods and furniture plate linen China books fixtures of house implements of household or husbandry wine and other liquors coats trinkets and ornaments of the person wearing apparel and everything else of a life sort or kind that shall be in and about my dwelling house and premises or belonging to me at the time of my decease to have for her own use and benefit and too and concerning all and singular the rest residue and remainder of my estate and affects that I have of any person or persons in trust for me or may at the time of my decease be possessed or interested in or entitled unto or over while I shall have a disposing power over and not by me heretofore specifically bequeathed I give and decrease the same in every part and parcel thereof to my said two daughters Elizabeth Bunce and Mary Strudwicke to be equally divided between them share and share alike but in case of the decease of either of my said daughters in my lifetime I give and bequeath the whole thereof to such surviving daughter her executors administrators and assigned and direct that my just and lawful debts and funeral testamentary and other expenses shall be charged and chargeable upon them paid out in the residue of my estate and affects
and I nominate constitute and appoint the said Elizabeth Bunce and Mary Strudwicke executrixes of this my will hereby revoking and making void all former wills and declare this new paper writing to be and contain my last will and testament in witness whereof I the said Susannah Strudwicke the testatrix have hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of March in the year of our lord1838 S. Strudwicke
signed sealed published and declared by the said Susannah Strudwicke as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses the words and seal being first underlined
