In the name of God Amen I Mary Strudwick of Kingston upon Thames in the county of Surrey widow being of sound disposing mind memory & understanding do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following

First i cecommend my soul to Almighty God and desire that my body may be decently buried at the discretion of my executor herefter named

Secondly that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease and what remains I dospose of in the following manner (that is to say)

I give and bequeath unto my grandchildren William Phillips and Mary Phillips ten pounds each in lawful money of Great Britain

All the rest residue and remainder of my worldy estate I give bequeath and dispose of unto my children that is to say Mary Heritage widow of Southwark Surrey, Sarah Brown wife of Charles Brown of Eastead Surrey, William Phillips of Kingston Surrey, John Phillips of Southwark Surrey, Henry Phillips of Kingston Surrey, and Edward Phillips of Clapham Surrey to be equally divided among them or their lawful issue share and share alike

And it is my desire that my household furniture shall not be sold but if any of my said children wish to part with their share of the said furniture that the other of my said children shall take it of them at a fair valuation

And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my son Edward Phillips sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all and every will and wills at any time heretofore by me made and do declare this my last will and testament

Also I direct that all the expense my said son Edward Phillips may be put to in execution of this my will be fully paid him before any division is made
