This is the last will and testament of me Jeffery Lambert Strudwicke of Croydon in the county of Surry
In the first place I give and bequeath unto my son Jeffery Lambert Strudwicke the sum of one hundred pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to him by my executrix herein after named within three calendar months after my decease
Also the rest residue & remainder of personal estate of what nature and kind what soever I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Anna Strudwicke
And also all my real estate wheresoever situate freehold & copyhold I give & bequeath unto my dear wife Anna Strudwicke for ever
And also I contribute and appoint my said dear wife Anna Strudwicke sole executrix of this may last will and testament
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 21st of May in the year 1824 Jeffery Lambert Strudwicke
