In the name of God Amen by Robert Strudwick of Loxwood in the parish of Wisborough Green in the County of Sussex Wheelwright being in health and of sound mind memory and understanding praised be Almighty God to the same do make publish and declared this to be my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say)

Ffirst I give and bequeath and devise unto my nephew Robert Strudwick Wheelwright all that my messuage and tenements Wheelwright House yardgarden and premises where I now live to have and to hold him the said Robert Strudwick his heirs and assigns forever

Aand also I give and bequeath unto my brother Thomas Strudwick the sum of 200 Pounds of good and lawful money or to his executors administrators or assigns

Also I give and bequeath unto my sister Elizabeth Warne the sum of 20 Pounds if she be living at the time mentioned for the payment thereof

Also I give unto my nephew Henry Cain the sum of 10 Pounds

Also I give to my niece the sister to the above named Henry Cain now the wife of Richard Puttock Blacksmith the sum of 10 Pounds

Also I give unto her sister the sum of 10 Pounds if she be living at the time appointed for the payment thereof

Also I give unto my niece Mary now the wife of Simon Michener the sum of 10 Pounds

All which aforesaid legacies I direct to be paid at the end of 6 months after my decease

Aalso I give and bequeath unto the children of Ann now the wife of William Giller? Husbandman, whose maiden name was Quennell the sum of 100 Pounds to be paid to them when the youngest of them shall arrive to the age of 21 years to be divided amongst them share and share alike

Also I give unto the children of my late sister Jane Clay deceased the sum of 5 Pounds apiece to be paid them in the end of 6 months after my decease whether they be at the age of 21 years or not

All the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever that I shall die possessed of after payment of my just debts my funeral expenses and the above-mentioned legacies I give and bequeath unto my nephew the above named Robert Strudwick his executors and administrators

Aand I do here by nominate and appoint him the said Robert Strudwick sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and disallowing all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last will and testament contained in one whole sheet of paper in witness whereof I Robert Strudwick the testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this 27th day of April in the year of our lord 1813 Robert Strudwick
