In The name of God Amen I Samuel Strudwick of the city of Westminster Victualler being very sick and weak in bodie bit of perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God calling unto mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all must once to die to make and ordain this my last will and testament that is to say
principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul under the hands of Almighty God who gave it and my body I recommended to the earth to be buried in a decent Christian burial at the discretion of my executors nothing doubting but at the genuine resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of God and as touching such worldly estate where with it hath pleased God bless me in this life I give device and dispose of the same in the following manner and form
first I give and bequeath to Ann Strudwick my dearly beloved wife all money in the funds or elsewhere all household furniture wearing apparel movable and immovable effects whatsoever and I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and disanull all and every other former testaments wills legacies bequests and executors by me in any way before named willed made and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 15th day of September 1791 Samuel Strudwick

Booth Wife of George Booth, the daughter and administrator of the said Ann Strudwick being first duly sworn to administer
