Thomas Strudwicke of Ashurst yeoman being of sound & pfect memory the seaventh day of August 1648 in the xx of his sickness whence he died made his nuncupative will in the Psence of us William Board Anthony Millam? as followeth Item I give to my daughter Anne Strudwicke two hundred Pounds to bee payd out of my goods and yf such goods did not amount to much then his will further was that the sum should be repayed out of the profits of his free land Item Hee gave to the poore of the parish of Ashurst twenty shillings Item Hee gave to his godchildren twelve pence apeece Item Hee appoynted his wife to bee one of his executors & his brother Thomas Badmering executor in Trust Probatum to his wife, Agnes Strudwicke, relict and to Thomas Badmering, in trust, July 1649
