Walter de Alfolde and Margery his wife; a messuage, 100 acres of land, 3 acres of meadow, 40 acres of wood, 4s. 8d. rent in Curedeford, Wisbergh and Alfolde; the premises—with homages and services of William Hudefolde, John Slefhurst, Nicholas Bunefold, Robert Aldret, John Stroudwyk and William Whithurst— to Robert and Alice for life, paying during the life of Margery 26s. 8d. and after her death a rose at Midsummer, with reversion to Walter and Margery and heirs of Margery; for this Robert and Alice give 100 marks.
