Conveyance (bargain and sale), for nominal consideration Reference:Add Mss 10,260 Description:From (a) William Strudwick of Kirdford, gent., son and heir of Henry Strudwick, late of Crouchland in Kirdford, gent., dec'd., to (b) Richard Stringer of Petworth, mercer Messuage and several parcels of arable land, meadow, pasture and woodground, called Crouchland, nathurst, Hartes, Speeres, Rayles, and Plaistow, messuage and several parcels of land called Strudgwicks Wood, in occ. of (b); messuages and lands called Foxbridge, Priests, Chappell Fields, Little Rumballs Rumbold, Hardneps Hardnips Barn, Brookeland and Hams, in occ. of Thomas Strudwick of London, grocer, all in Kirdford, and all other messuages and lands of (a) in Kirdford and Plaistow; late the lands of Henry Strudwick, dec'd., with equity of redemption (a) and (b) Covenant to levy a fine Witnesses: Christopher Coles, Francis Mose, and Robert Johnson
