to my wife Catherine Clarke my copyhold land and messuages in manors of Pachesham and Thorncroft, Leatherhead and all my freehold estate in Leatherhead and Fetcham for life and then to my son John Clarke my copyhold messuage Cradlers, Leatherhead in the occupation of Mathew Tanner and two acres which has a chalk pit in paying to his sisters Mary Clarke now Mary Brown wife of Peter Brown, Elizabeth Clarke, Sarah Clarke and Catherine Clarke £30 between them;
to my son Robert Clarke after the death of my wife my freehold messuage in the occupation of William Handcock paying his sisters £10 between them;
to my son William Clarke after the death of my wife my freehold close of meadow in Fetcham;
to my son Charles Clarke after the death of my wife my copyhold messuage in the occupation of John Streddick;
residue to my wife Catherine Clarke, exec.
