to my eldest son Richard Chitty all my messuage in Milford, Witley in my occupation;
to my son John Chitty my messuage near Wheelerstreet after the death of my wife;
to my sons Richard and John all my working frames between them;
to my grandson Lawrence Lee after the death of my wife £100 at 21;
to my said sons all my goods after the death of my wife;
