I Susanna Maria Strudwick of Rich Bell Court Red Lyon street in the county at Middlesex being weak in body but of a sound and disposing mind and memory you make and declare this my last will and testament as followers that is to say

I give and devise and bequeath unto my dear and honoured mother Hester Mytton my copyhold cottages with the grounds thereto belonging with their and every of their appurtenances held of the manor of Caulowes (?) in the said county of Middlesex which I have surrendered to the use of my will to hold to my said Mother her heirs and assigns for her ever according to the custom of the said manor

and I do also give devise and bequeath unto my said Mother Hester Mytton all my estate both real and personal of what nature or kind so ever and wheresoever that I shall die seized or possessed of or entitled unto to hold unto her my said Mother her heirs and executors administrators and assigns free from any claim or demand of any other person or persons whatsoever

and do hereby constitute and appoint my said Mother Hester Mytton full and whole executrix of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 15th day of February in the year of our lord 1758

Susanna Maria Strudwick signed sealed published and declared by the said testratix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence and at her request hath subscribed our names as witnesses Editha Seymour Elizabeth Tunstall Samuel Strudwick

This Will was proved in London the 23rd day of March in the year of our lord 1758 before the worshipful William Markham doctor of laws surrogate of the Rt Hon Sir George Knight Doctor of Laws master keeper of the commission of the prerogatory Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Hester Mytton widow the Mother of the deceased and sole executrix named in the said will to whom administration was granted all and singular the goods chattels credits of the deceased having been first duly sworn to administer the same
