to my nephew Thomas Smyth all my half of manor of Prestwick and Oaklands and all my messuage Prestwick, Chiddingfold in the occupation of John Denyer and all my messuage in the occupation of John Burdock called Lakehouse, Chiddingfold;
all other real estate and all personal estate to my nephew William Smyth, exec.
