To my daughter Sarah wife of Robert Luxford the messuage in my occupation in Thursley paying thirty pounds to my son Richard and five pounds to my brother in law John Strudwick;
to my said daughter Sarah half my household goods and the othe half to my son Richard;
to my son Richard all tools and stock of boards;
to my daughter in law Mary wife of Richard Stent one pound per annum for life;
to my housekeeper Mary Stevens one pound per annum for life;
residue to my daughter Sarah and son Richard;
