to Edmund Upton of Guildford, bricklayer and John Clements of Guildford, victualler (£10 each), execs. all my freehold and copyhold messuages to let my wife Elizabeth Young have in her widowhood and then to sell same and all my personal estate and pay to my daughters Hannah Glazier wife of James Glazier of Stoke next Guildford, brickmaker £150 and Mary Atkinson wife of Walter Atkinson of Worplesdon, wheelwright £150;
all to my granddaughter Betty Hall £200 in 18 months;
to my son in law William Lee £200 and rest at interest; my wife to have use of household goods in her widowhood and residue to my daughters Hannah and Mary;
