In the name of God Amen I Sarah Rutland of West End in the parish of Hampstead widow being of a sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in manner following
I nominate constitute and appoint my friend John Perry in the parish and Saint Clement Danes in the Strand London Capmaker my sole executor to this my last will hereby revoking all former wills heretofore made by me and I give and bequeath to the said John Perry the sum of 50 pounds for his trouble
I give and bequeath to my nephew William Dudley the sum of 50 pounds
I also give to James Ffindlater the son of William and Elizabeth Ffindlater the sum of 5 pounds 5 shillings towards placing the child as an apprentice
I likewise give to Dorothy Hawkins a room of furniture at the discretion of my executor and the rest and residue of my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever
I give and bequeath the same to my said executor John Perry in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of February in the year of our lord 1771
