To my son George Chitty all my messuage in Cranleigh in the occupation of George Grafham and John Wakeford late bought by me from Richard Worsfold of Cranleigh, carpenter, since deceased;
to my son Jonas Chitty fifty pounds;
to my grandson James Butt twenty pounds at twenty one years;
to my granddaughter Ann Butt twenty one pounds at age twenty one;
fifteen pounds each to the children of my daughter Sarah Furlonger, deceased late wife of Jacob Furlonger also deceased at twenty one;
to my daughters Mary Henley wife of George Henley, Hannah Shepherd wife of William Shepherd and Elizabeth Longhurst wife of Thomas Longhurst the rest of my goods, Executrices
