son Thomas to pay to my wife £6 p.a. for life from copyhold meadow called Sart Lands;
to my son John Woods my copyhold estates viz. several parts of Jordans and Fellmore Mead and Gibbs also copyhold cottage called Lane End House and freehold in common field called Haseleacer paying to my son William Woods £100 and my wife Mary £6 p.a. for life;
