to my son John Johns all my messuage in Shalford in the occupation of James Freeland, the rents to be received by Henry Gosden of Shackleford, Godalming, farmer and James Edgeler of Elstead, matmaker execs. in trust until he is 21;
to my son John my watch, silver shoe buckles and shirt sleeve buttons;
to my wife Sarah Johns use of a pair of chest of drawers which she to choose and furniture of room I lie on, 12 plates, four pewter dishes, half brass in kitchen, six chairs, a table, least copper pot, a frying pan, skillet, a box iron with heaters, a pair of gridirons, a warming pan, three firkins for beer and five pairs of sheets as long as
child she pregnant with lives or she remains a widow and after the death of the child or if she remarries then to trustees to pay my wife £20 and put £125 at interest for her for life and rest and from sale of three messuages later mentioned all to my children at 21;
to my wife all my messuage in Ockford Lane, Godalming in the occupation of James Woodyear for life;
£250 deposited in hands of Edward Garthwaite of Shackleford, Godalming, esquire as security for paying of £10 p.a. to my sister in law Mary Johns for life - after its payment to my wife for life of said sister in law the rest of interest and after the death of my sister £20 part of it to my grandchildren Abraham Harding, Isaac Harding, Ann Harding and Elizabeth Harding children of my son in law Abraham at 21 between them and the £230 to my children living and child my wife is pregnant with at 21;
to said Henry Gosden and James Edgeler my three messuages and four closes adjoining (8 acres) in Peper Harow in my occupation and that of my son in law Thomas Strudwick and Frances Denyer
