to my wife Jane Rice my two several messuages, coach houses etc. and all my land adjoining ( acre of freehold and 1 acres of copyhold) in Church Shott, Richmond leading to Marsh Gate in the occupation of Elizabeth Sheppard and Thomas Morson, gentleman and my acre of copyhold land in Upper Dunstable Shott, Richmond in the way leading to Marsh Gate and adjoining land of Thomas More to the west and land of Richard Young to east and six copyhold messuages on south side of High Street, Richmond in the occupation of Charles Webster, myself, Humphrey Maskell, Richard Whitby, Henry Parsons, John Giddall and Richard Whitby adjoining a messuage and garden of (Mr) Lamb to west and messuage and garden of (Mr) Perkins to east and my half of house in High Street in the occupation of John Whithell adjoining messuage of Thomas Howlett on east and messuage in the occupation of Charles Scott on west and rest to my wife, exec.
