said messuage to pay 8s p.a. for life to my daughter in law Ann Carpenter widow of James Carpenter;
to Henry Napper of Cranleigh, surgeon £45 in trust for use of exec. until Richard Carpenter is 28 and then to him with remainder to George Carpenter and my exec. between them;
to said George Carpenter a silver spoon;
to said Richard Carpenter a silver spoon;
to my granddaughter Elizabeth Carpenter 2s 6d when Richard is 28;
residue to Ann Chennell, exec.
