to wife Sarah copyhold messuage Capel Lands, Capel in occupation of my brother William in her widowhood and after to son Benjamin with remainder to my nephew Michael son of brother William;

if my wife remarries not have land but to have £5 p.a. for life;

my freehold estate in Capel in the occupation of Thomas Bax, weaver to be sold to pay my debts but if not needed to my wife for life and then to my son Benjamin Constable (one third) and to my daughter Martha Constable (two thirds) with remainder to my brother William;
