to my wife Sarah Smith my freehold messuages etc. in Witley in my occupation and in the occupation of John Farr and my leasehold messuage in Cranleigh in the occupation of Richard Puttock in her widowhood and then to my nephew Richard Smith (son of my brother Richard) all freehold land paying £5 each to his sisters Elizabeth Smith, Margaret Smith and Sarah Smith and leasehold to my nephew James Smith son of my brother Richard paying £5 to his sisters Mary Smith and Elizabeth Overington wife of John Overington;
to my wife household goods in her widowhood and then to my nephew Richard Smith;
residue to Richard Smith, exec.
