The will nuncupative of John Strudwicke butcher late of Lurgashale in Sussex deceased made June the fower and twentieth 1644 in the presence of these whose names are under written .
My will is that Elizabeth my wife and Thomas Strudwicke my kinsman shalbe joynte Executo of all my goods & chattells
I give my morgage at Meryfield to William Strudwicke brother to the said Thomas
I give to the said Thomas the lease of Alcott's land
I give to the poore of Kirdford fifteene shillings
& I will that my body be buried at Lurgashale
